Main Downtown Office
From the North of Syracuse (Oswego/Fulton):
- I-81 S to exit 18 (Adams Street/University exit)
- bear left at bottom of ramp, merge left after light at bottom of ramp, and get in far left lane (directly beneath I-81),
hard left (180 degrees) at Adams Street onto Almond,
- get in far right lane and go one block, right onto Harrison,
- go two blocks, left onto Irving,
- go one block- passing the SUNY Human Performance Center, right on Madison,
- and immediate left into driveway and garage (Madison-Irving Medical Center is on your right immediately after the SUNY Human Performance Center).

- NYS Thruway (I-90) west to exit 36,

- I-81 S to I-481 S
- Merge into 1-690 W, exit 4, towards Syracuse.
- Take the Bridge Street exit (exit 17) towards East Syracuse.
- Keep right at the fork in the ramp and merge onto Bridge Steret.
- At the second light, make a left onto Widewaters Parkway (next to Home Depot.)
- Go 0.4 miles then turn right into parking lot. If you have crossed Towpath Road, you have gone too far.

From the South:
- Take I-81 N to I-481 N toward DeWitt.
- Get off at exit 3W, towards DeWitt.
- Make a slight right on Erie Boulevard East.
- Turn right onto Kinne Road.
- At the light, make a left onto Widewaters Parkway
- Go 0.7 miles; turn left into parking lot.

From the East:
- Take I-90 W to exit 34A (I-481 S towards Syracuse/ Cortland.
- Merge onto I-690 W (exit 4) toward Syracuse.
